What does the Daily Wellness Journey include?
Every stay includes a structured wellness journey, once per person, per night. It begins with a morning movement practice, then moves into the spa: a visit to one of two traditional apothecaries for a herbal parcel, thirty minutes in a private herbal hammam, a short rest, and a sixty-minute traditional therapy. The day closes with an in-room bath ritual using herbs picked from Namia’s own gardens or sourced from the local community — a grapefruit and soap berry wash, a mugwort and cajeput soak, or a medicinal tea tonic for sleep. The wellbeing space itself, Lumina, holds eight herbal steam rooms, ten treatment rooms, a river-view sauna and cold plunge, and its own blessing tree.
