Villa Nai 3.3 sits on Dugi Otok, Croatia’s longest northern Dalmatian island, surrounded by a 500-year-old olive grove and flanked by the open Adriatic. The spa uses products made from Nai 3.3 olives and olive oil, many of which are exclusive to the property. Alongside traditional Balinese and Thai massage, the programme includes cold plasma cell-regeneration treatments and a Finnish sauna scented to each guest’s preference.

Two restaurants occupy the property: Grotta 11,000 cooks exclusively over an open wood fire in the manner of the island’s earliest inhabitants, while Restaurant 3.3 offers a seven-course fine-dining menu paired with wine from a list of 203 labels. All food is sourced from the on-site organic farm or local Adriatic fishermen.

Rooms start at 40sqm and suites at 60sqm, each with a private terrace of at least 30sqm. All are furnished with Giorgetti pieces in calm, natural tones, with Agape bathrooms and Frette linen throughout.

Getting Here
Dugi Otok, northern Dalmatian coast, Croatia
Dugi Otok is the largest of the northern Dalmatian islands: 45km long, between 1 and 4km wide, and largely untouched. The hotel sits next to the village of Zman, with Telascica Nature Park a few minutes south and the Kornati National Park accessible by boat.
- Zadar Airport (ZAD): 15 minutes by limousine to port, then speedboat to the island.
- Helicopter transfer from Zadar Airport to hotel helipad: approximately 20 minutes.
- Catamaran from Zadar to Zaglav or Sali: 40 to 60 minutes.
- Ferry from Zadar Gazenica Port to Brbinj: 1 hour 40 minutes.

Dugi Otok is encircled by national parks and nature parks. On water, guests can reach the Kornati archipelago, Telascica, or the Adriatic open sea by private speedboat. On land, the island rewards cycling, hiking, and cave exploration. The hotel arranges everything: boat selection, guides, and transfers.
