Castilla Termal Brihuega occupies the round, salmon-stone building of the former Real Fabrica de Panos, an 18th-century royal cloth factory in the Alcarria region of Castilla-La Mancha. The wellness pool is the centrepiece, an indoor and outdoor circuit of whirlpool, water jets and cascades kept between 32 and 34 degrees. Beyond the water, the treatment menu draws on local ingredients, from lavender wraps to honey exfoliation and volcanic stone massage.
